These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Pylon Football text messaging program (“SMS Program”). By opting in, you agree to these Terms, the Pylon Football Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreements.

1. Program Description

Pylon Football may send SMS or MMS messages related to:

  • Event updates
  • Registration confirmations
  • Schedule changes
  • Alerts and reminders
  • Customer support communications
  • Marketing and promotional messages (if you opt in)

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

2. Consent to Receive Messages (TCPA Compliance)

By providing your mobile number and opting into the SMS Program, you:

  • Affirm you are the owner or authorized user of the number provided
  • Consent to receive autodialed, automated, or prerecorded text messages
  • Understand that consent is not required to make a purchase

  • Sprint (legacy)
  • UScellular
  • And most smaller/regional carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. No Guarantee of Message Delivery

Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network. Messages may be:

  • Delayed
  • Undelivered
  • Duplicated
  • Limited by device or carrier restrictions

Pylon Football is not responsible for these issues.

9. Privacy & Data Security

Your personal information—including your mobile number—is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and SMS Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third-party marketers.
We may share data only with vendors who help us deliver messages and are contractually obligated to protect your information.

10. Eligibility & Age Requirement
