Physical Attributes – Domani is a tall, long levered, lean bodied, physically gifted cornerback .  He shows good feet and solid twitch.  Slightly tight hipped coming in and out of cuts but excellent for his length and size.  He comes out of his back pedal with good burst.  He exhibits excellent reactionary quickness.  He shows elite burst, acceleration, catch up speed and long speed. Domani also shows excellent athletic ability.  Seeing an interview recently online, he is put together.  Domani, undoubtedly, looks the part and look to be able to develop physically into a top tier power 5 player.

Position Specific Skills –  Domani shows the ability to play man to man and zone concepts at a high level.  He can play the deep part of the field, using his long levers to bat down passes.   He is a long strider with good feet.  He exhibits decent change of direction and short area quickness.  He is very long and is a a long strider which does affect his ability to change direction at an elite level, but is very good for his size and length.  His balance and body control is very good and his burst, acceleration and long speed is elite.   Domani also exhibits excellent instincts and awareness in both zone and man concepts.  You can see him reading the QB and coming off defender and making plays on the ball.  Not many clips on this exposure to fully evaluate his hand but did catch a punt return and take off down the sideline which is impressive.  In term of toughness and effort, Domani shows he has both those qualities.  A willing tackler that can tackle in the alley and in space.   He shows he is competitive and wants to win on every play on the film.

Overall – Domani has a high ceiling in the future.  His body will determine what he eventually is at the college level.  His development physically could demand a move to safety or possibly outside linebacker in the future.  Like all players, their body and skill set, will tell the story.  Either way it goes for Domani, he is a gifted athlete, with size and speed, who makes plays.  That kinds of talent is always highly regarded.
