With over three decades of experience in the football scouting industry, Joe Badaszewski has established himself as a trusted evaluator of talent and a dedicated coach. From 1990 to 2024, Joe ran an independent football college scouting service, building relationships with programs and players across the nation.

Joe’s expertise is grounded in a solid foundation of training and mentorship. He attended Greg Gabriel’s Scouting School, where he honed the art of talent evaluation under the guidance of the former NFL Scout and Scouting Director. He also participated in the prestigious Offensive Lineman Camp led by NFL legend Jim “Mouse” McNally, further sharpening his understanding of offensive line techniques and player development. Additionally, Joe completed a specialized course on writing scouting reports taught by Bruce Nicholas, a former NFL Scout and Assistant Scouting Director for the Buffalo Bills under Norm Pollom.

Beyond football, Joe expanded his coaching credentials by scouting and coaching at the high school level in Buffalo and at the collegiate level with Hilbert College’s Division III women’s basketball program. His versatility as a scout and coach underscores his deep commitment to athlete development across multiple sports.

Joe brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, and professionalism to every scouting assignment, making him an invaluable asset in identifying and nurturing athletic talent.
