Name/Location/Date/Time of film for evaluation –  Tetairoa McMillan ’22 WR #4 – Hudl - 11/28/19 – 3m 18sec

Physical Attributes –  Tetairoa is a tall, long, twitchy, athlete.  He shows great balance, with elite body control and special awareness.  Has great get off and burst for his size.  Tetairoa shows excellent he has great hands.  He wins the jump ball. And also runs really well, especially for his size.

Position Specific Skills –  Tetairoa exhibits great get off at the line of scrimmage with his initial quickness.  He can go get the ball with soft hands.  Is a natural catcher.  Has great play speed and uses that speed to separate when he has to.  He shows he has sneaky elusiveness and is great after the catch.  You see he adjusts to the ball at an elite level on back shoulder throws, fades and jump balls.  He uses his twitch and athletic ability to drop weight to come in and out of cuts smoothly.  He can also change direction really well and can make people miss after the catch.   Would like to see more blocking/toughness and what he does away from the ball.

Overall –  Tetairoa is a gifted athlete.  He does it all from the wide receiver position.   He shows he is elite at all facets of his game.  I am very impressed with him.  He has a high ceiling and as he develops physically and develops his craft he will continue to separate from the competition.  His high GPA along with his great statistics (as a sophomore) makes Tetairoa one of the elite WR’s in high school football.
