Physical Attributes –   Tobias is a tall, long levered, thin body type.  Good twitch, with good balance and body control.  Shows good get off, intial burst and good acceleration.  A steady runner with good play speed but not elite.  Excellent, soft hands, has a big catch radius.  A fluid athlete that makes plays

Position Specific Skills – Tobias displays a good get off and good initial quickness.  He has sneaky good burst and acceleration with his long steps.  Has solid play speed that he can use to separate.  Not a big change of direction player but can put his foot in the ground on routes that gives him an advantage with his long levers.  His long levers makes him a red-zone threat along with his ability to adjust to the ball.  He has excellent, soft hands and an obvious big catch radius.   Would like to see more in terms of blocking and toughness as right now his game is tailored around finesse and length.

Overall – Tobias is an overall solid WR who uses his length, solid play speed, fluidness and good hands to be productive.  He has the length and height to be an outside WR.  Adding bulk and strength will be a key for him to be highly successful at the power 5 level where the CB’s are going to be taller and thicker and have elite speed.  His lack of elite speed puts him in a possession type category at WR.  His physical development  will be the key for him to figure out his ceiling.
