Physical Attributes –  Shaleak is a tall, long, fluid athlete that is a long strider.  He has good balance and body control.  Not a big make you miss guy after the catch but is more of a sneaky fast, steady runner with good burst and acceleration that has good play speed but lacks elite long speed.  His fluidness and ability to drop his weight allows for separation while his long levers and soft hands give him an advantage in any one on one balls.  He is a finesse player that does play defense as well.  A willing tackler that cuts tackles at times, but can tackle in open space.  He is a rangy athlete that is very productive.

Position Specific Skills – Shaleak shows solid feet, good get off and good balance and body control.  He is a very good route runner who can find the holes in the defense.  He can drop his weight on cuts and can adjust to the ball in the air.  He can be a red zone threat with his length vs smaller DB’s.  You would like to see more physical-ness out of him with his size.  Not much blocking on this exposure but will be a key for him at the next level.

Overall – Shaleak is a long, fluid athlete that runs well but lacks elite speed.  He must get in that weight room to get bigger, stronger and faster to be a highly productive WR at the power 5 level.  He is very athletic and has really good football instincts.  His physical development will determine his ceiling an production.
