Physical Attributes – Jalon has decent size and length.  He has excellent feet and twitch and has fluid hips which allows him to turn and run and change direction.  He also displays good play speed and catch up speed when he flip he can catch up to the route and make plays on the ball.  He shows good burst and acceleration out of cut as well. 

Position Specific Skills – Jalon has all the tools to be a solid CB at the power 5 level.  He shows good feet and twitch with short area quickness along with excellent balance and body control.  His fluid hips allow for a speedy transition.  He can get off stalk blocks and tackle in space.  A very instinctive player that give maximum effort.             

Overall – Jalon is a cover CB with football in his genes, as his brother is a LB at Vanderbilt.  Jalon is a smooth athlete that has very good technique to play both man and zone concepts.  He shows the ability to flip his hip and run with WR’s.  He can mirror the routes and make plays on the ball.  He displays toughness and the ability to get off stalk blocks and makes tackles.  An overall solid CB with decent size and length.
