2022 – WR –Noah Thomas – Clear Springs, TX – 6’5 / 180

247 Rank:  National - 394 / WR - 55 / TX – 51

Commitment – Texas A&M University

Name/Location/Date/Time of film for evaluation – Junior season highlights - Hudl - 12/14/20 - 8m 31sec

Physical Attributes –  Noah is tall, long levered and lean.  He is very twitchy with great balance and body control and very fluid for his size.  He can stab his foot and shows great burst and acceleration.  He lacks elite long speed but can run well.  As time moves forward and he matures physically he will continue to separate from the competition.

Position Specific Skills –   Noah has excellent initial quickness along with balance/body control, burst/acceleration and play speed.  He can come in and out of cuts by dropping his weight.  He is elusive with the ball in  his hands which is very unique for a guy his size.  He can adjust to the ball in the air and has really good hands with a big catch radius.  Would like to see more blocking but does show toughness and competitiveness.  He is, no doubt, a deep/red zone threat with his ability to get up after the ball.

Overall – Could Noah be the next Mike Evans for TAMU?  Noah is long, very twitchy, fluid, athletic, and can run well.  He can adjust his body to the ball and get the one on one balls with his height and length.  He has excellent make you miss ability after the catch for his length.   If he showed long speed we would be talking about one of the best WR’s in AMerica.  When Noah matures physically he is going to be a nightmare for DB’s.  A refined route runner who is very productive.  I like what I see out of Noah.
