247 Rank:  National - 605 / WR - 77  / FL– 82

Commitment – Undecided

Name/Location/Date/Time of film for evaluation – Jayden Gibson #1 Jr Season - Hudl - 1/5/2021 - 11m 44sec

Physical Attributes – Jayden is tall, long levered and lean.  He is fluid for size, has good balance and body control and he can run.  He shows good initial burst and acceleration and is an overall really good athlete with good hands.

Position Specific Skills – Jayden shows good get off and initial quickness.  He has good, soft hands and a big catch radius with his long levers.  He is fluid and can make people miss with the ball in his hands although that is not his game.  He will beat  you with his long strides if you don’t pay attention to him.  He is a deep/red zone threat for sure.  He does show he can block but must improve that area of his game.  He should be able to dominate smaller DB’s in the run game.  He also needs to work on stabbing his foot in the ground and dropping his weight.

Overall – For starters, Jayden is a 3 sport athlete who also plays basketball and track. He looks like Randy Moss vs high school competition.  You have to be aware of where he is on every play.  He can run.  A long strider who is sneaky fast with his long strides.  He is fluid for size and has great hands.  As he gets bigger, stronger and faster he will continue to separate himself vs the competition.  Once he perfects the route tree and his overall route running ability Jayden is going to be scary to defend.  An outside WR who I believe is undervalued on the national scene.  Jayden has a high ceiling.
