2022 – Saf – Jaidan Scott – Shadow Creek, TX – 5’10.5 / 180

247 Rank:  National - 1006 / Saf - 64  / TX – 133

Commitment – Undecided

Name/Location/Date/Time of film for evaluation – Junior $zn! - Hudl - 1/28/2021 - 4m 26sec

Physical Attributes – Jaidan has decent height and length with a good, thick frame.  He is a twitchy athlete who has good balance and body control and can change direction.  He has good play speed to be able to go sideline to sideline.  He shows lower body power and can come out of his hips to tackle.

Position Specific Skills – Jaidan can play the  ball in the deep part of the field.  Not much, if any man coverage film but has the skill set to do so and can play zone concepts as well.  He has solid feet, is twitchy and can change direction well with his good balance and body control.  He has good play speed but not elite.  Jaidan is a very instinctive player with good field awareness.  He gives maximum effort and shows he is tough enough to sit in the box to make plays in the run game.

Overall – Jaidan can both play the deep part of the field as well as come down in the box.  He can fly to the alley and tackle in space.  He shows great toughness and is a high effort guy.  A really good football player with good athletic ability and shows on film that he is very instinctive and has good field/play awareness to put himself in positions to be productive. I see Jaidan maturing into a solid safety at the collegiate level.
