Physical Attributes –  Quan is decent size for a slot receiver.  He has elite twitch, burst and acceleration who shows a gear from cut to top end.  He has good balance and body control and shows he can make people miss.  He is an explosive runner with excellent play speed.

Position Specific Skills – Quan has elite twitch, burst and acceleration.  He has excellent play speed.  He has great balance and body control as well and can put his foot in the ground and burst.  He shows to be a natural catcher.  A tough kid who looks like he enjoys blocking!   A very instinctive, high effort football player.

Overall – Quan plays faster than is verified 11.16 100 in track.  He is an explosive 1 cut runner who runs with that forward lean.  When he finds a crease he can chunk yards.  He can hurt you at WR or in the return game.  He shows the toughness and instinctiveness you want out of all your players.  A high effort guy who is productive.  Quan will most likely play from the slot in college and can be a mismatch for safeties.  He is a really good football player that is productive.  His ceiling will ultimately come down to how big he gets and how truly fast he is.
