Physical Attributes – Dominick has solid height and thick lowers. He shows decent balance and body control. He is a straight line runner who has solid burst, acceleration and play speed. He is an explosive tackler that can come out of his hips on contact.
Position Specific Skills – Dominick can play the ball in the deep part of the field. Not much man on this exposure but must work on opening his hips and the ability to play in space. He has good balance and body control as well as good burst and acceleration and play speed. He is a solid athlete that can run but not elite speed. He is an instinctive player who is productive and who is an excellent tacler. A tough football player who relies on his effort and physicality to separate himself.
Overall – A limited exposure to fully evaluate Dominick. He is a buzz down in the box type safety that can also play the deep half. A thicker, tougher football player who relies on his ability to run the alley or play the deep half. A physical player who can double as an additional LB type who can play in the box. Must work on hip flexion and ability to change direction and play man in the slot.
